Welcome to PDFsimple. By accessing or using our website, mobile apps, browser extensions, or APIs (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of terms
By using the Service you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Use of the service
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business needs. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service, nor reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
3. Account responsibilities
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of that account and for all activities that occur under it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for any loss caused by failure to comply with this obligation.
4. Subscription & billing
Weekly and Monthly plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law. The Day Pass is a one-time, non-renewing purchase that grants access for 24 hours from payment; it has no billing cycle and is not a subscription.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to upload or process content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or violates the rights of others; to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or to interfere with the operation of the Service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
6. Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, and content provided through the Service remain the property of PDFsimple or its licensors. You retain full ownership of files you upload — we only process them on your behalf.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, without errors, or without harmful components.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDFsimple and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of Hanoi, Vietnam.
11. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-product notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
