PDFSimple offers three web plans. All prices listed below exclude VAT — the applicable VAT rate is added at checkout based on your country.
Starter plan
- 2 PDF tasks in total, for the lifetime of the account.
- Files up to 50 MB.
- Files deleted 2 hours after processing.
- Every compression level, including maximum.
- No credit card required.
Pro plan — $9/mo (excl. VAT)
- 500 tasks per month.
- Files up to 500 MB.
- Files retained for 7 days.
- Priority processing.
- Access to all premium tools.
Business plan — $48/mo (excl. VAT)
- 2,000 tasks per month.
- Files up to 500 MB.
- Files retained for 7 days.
- Priority processing.
- Team-friendly — higher limits for heavier workloads.
Annual billing saves you 25% on Pro and Business plans. Switch to yearly in Dashboard → Billing at any time.
